Florida Premier Baseball League has open It's 2009 Spring Season Registration. Teams that played in the league last season can log in with their username & password and register from your home page. While doing this, you can change any personal Information that you may wish and this will carry over to the new season. Your current team roster will be carried over as well. YOU CANNOT edit your roster now, this can be done after we open the 09 Spring Season.

New teams to the league, can register your team by clicking on the league registration link right next to the log in RED SQUARE or the League registration on the navigation bar.

This season we will try to have a AA division in the younger age groups 9u-12u If you're a new team and you feel that your team is NOT going to be competitive against the more established teams, then choose this classification. We will only have this classification If there are enough teams, If not then your team will be placed in the AAA.

Teams can only register in either the AA or your age group, the league with the help of established teams & coaches  will seek out information about your team and will determine whether you're a Majors or AAA team. While you as a coach may feel that your team is a Majors team, the league still reserves the right to place your team where it feels that your team is best suited for league play base on last season's performance and the opinion of your peers. We want to make sure that your team is place in a division where you can compete.  Now, If you played in the AAA division and you either won the division or place runner-up you can move up to the Majors in your class, also teams that finished last in the Majors and had problems competing and in some cases forfeit their last few games, those teams will go to the AAA Div.

Teams that forfeit games last season will gave to pay a higher fee refundable of they play out their entire season....................THIS RULE APPLIES TO  ALL.

Also, you may  have heard that we will be opening the South Florida Division in the '09 Spring Season, this division is primary for teams that play in the Miami-Dade County area, but anyone that plays in the FPBL can join that league as well. Our goal is to Inter league play and we will have a system in play where we will play these teams, it will not be mandatory but very rewarding for those that play against them.

Our goal is to have all Leagues Division Champion & Runner-up come together at the end of the spring season and crown one Florida League Champion. We're going to be working on this idea when we have a League Director's Meeting  early in the year.
