11U Tamarac hands Pirahnas their first loss...........CS Diamonds roll to 5-0......9U Canes lose 5th In a row.

The 14U CS Diamonds could be just the second team in league's history to go undefeated from start to finish. That accomplishment has only been done by then PPO Bengals when they went 20-0 for the season and defeating the Diamonds that year to achieve that record, well the SF Extreme (PPO Bengals) may well have to defend that record this season, as they may have the only team that can possibly defeat the Diamonds this season.

The Diamonds took care of business yesterday by defeating the Stars in their doubleheader, the Diamonds won their  first game 8-2 and 10-2. In other division games Cooper City scored early against the Maddogs and managed to defeat the division leaders 4-2 in a key game. The Maddogs dropped to a (6-3) record while the Cowboys Improve to (3-2)

The Tamarac Titans took care of their business at hand, when they defeated the Pompano Pirahnas 12-10 previously undefeated. The Titans moved a bit closer to the Pirahnas who's leading the division  with a (5-1) the Titans are at (4-1-1) their only loss was a 6-3 to the Predators. In another classic doubleheader the SF Renegades split with the Boca Blue Lightning, both teams are trying to gain on the tough 11U National Division. The Renegades Improve to (3-3) and Lightning are at 3-2 just behind the Renegades in the division

The 12U Boca Starz took two games from the West Boyton Tornados 5-0 ad 3-2. The Starz moved up a notch of the division leader West Boca Panthers-Black who played against the West Pines Cobras, but the scores have yet to be reported. Today's games includes last season champion Panthers Baseball going against the much improved Miramar Canes.

The 9u Miramar Canes continued their own streak, but it's going in the wrong direction, the Canes lost for the 5th consecutive time, this time to the very talented West Pines Cobras. The Cobras put a 4 run 4th inning come back to defeat the Canes 6-4 and extend the Canes losing streak to 5 in a row. The Cobras pitching & defense was the key their win. The Cobras improve to (5-2) while the Canes dropped to (5-3) in the division and 5-5 over all.
