The NEW FPBL Elite Squad will see their first big challenge when they take on their first tournament this coming weekend. The Squad will play in the USSSA Fall Wood Bat Series Tournament held in Viera. The team will carry 17 players in hopes to bring down the crown. The Tournament Director expects 16 teams from throughout Florida to take part in this event, the tournament is being played in the Washington Nationals training facility. The Squad had hope to play a practice game against the CS Diamonds on Sunday, but rain washed it away. The Diamonds are also playing in this tournament.
