Many of the new teams in the league this season are enjoying the league and the competition, in the case of the Okeeheelee Outlaws the change has been something that they wanted to make for a while.

The Outlaws played in the AAU League in the past and last season played in the Treasure Coast division, but came down to the FPBL: this season to face better competition according to Manager John Strandberg. Although the start in the new league  has not been going all that well for the Outlaws losing their first four games, they are sure seeing the competition they wanted. The Outlaws lost to the Bullets  in a close game 8-6 and 13-5.
