Bears Big Pappy........does it all in 12 -4 win !!


The much awaited match between the Bears and Canes took place yesterday, but for three Innings the game was close with the Bears holding 3-2 lead. In the top of the fourth the Bears lead off the Inning when a walk was issued by Canes pitcher Al Ortiz followed by consecutive hits loading the bases, but with two outs a miscue in the outfield between the left center and right center fielder open the flood gates for the Bears as they would score  3 runs in that inning to take a 6-2 lead..............the Bears were done yet as the next inning prove to be a killer inning for the Bears as they would pound the ball for 6 more runs to make it 12-2, the Canes would score two more runs in their last at bat, but that was not enough as the Bears would win the game and Improve to 3-1-1 in the division while the Canes dropped their first division game at 5-1  and 5-3 over all.

The Bears will take on the Cobras in their next game while the Canes will travel to Pembroke Lakes to face the Bulldogs.
