The names of Dean Lockwood, Andres Martinez and Albert Almora may ring a bell with some of the older Coaches in the league and they should, these players were special players that played for the 14U USA National Team in the COPABE Tournament that was held In Puerto Rico last year.

The Champions Program has been tweaked a little but will have the same talented kids from throughout the Country again. Rick Riccobono, Director of USA Baseball 14U Champions Program has contacted the league and asked that we submit a list of  players that we feel could make the squad in the fall of '08.......the process has begun and already three players names have been submitted to Mr. Riccobono. these players must be born on '94 & 95 We will continue to look for players that we feel could help out the new 14U USA Stars.
