A rain delay brings out the clowns!!

Two evenly matched teams went at it this afternoon in Palm Beach. Miramar took the first game 5-1 after a 1-0 affair for 4 innings, the Miramar Optimist team scored 4 runs in the top of 5th to take a 4-1 lead, this after a 30 Mimnute rain delay. Miramar would add another run to make 5-1 in the first of two games. The second game it was all Palm Bech Thunder as their bats woke up and were to much for Miramar to handle and defensively Miramar made to many errors against a very good team. Over all it was a great afternoon of fun baseball and the Palm Beach Thunder was a great host and we appreaciated it. We look forward to playing them again.
