On the Opening night of the Premier League Playoffs the #1 seed in the 11u AA Division Hollywood Heat hosted the #8 Extreme Baseball School Panthers. The Heat held the Panthers scoreless in the top of the first, but the Panthers could not do the same as the Heat would pound the ball to score 3 runs in the bottom of the first. The Heat kept on hitting the ball and would take on a 5-0 lead, but the Panthers were not done...the pesky Panthers fought all the way back to tie the game at 5-5 and then mother nature took over as a lightning show put the game on hold for about 20 minutes and when the game resumed the Heat score one run to go up 6-5 before the rain came down and the game was called with the Heat advancing to the next round of the Playoffs.

Congratulations to both teams and valiant effort on the Panthers in their comeback to make the game a close one.
