A'lana Delivers Against the Bulldogs In League Playoff Game

The Cooper City Cowboys jumped on the Pembroke Lakes Bulldogs with 5 runs in the first inning, but back came the Bulldogs to score 6 runs of their own to take a 6-5 lead. An outstanding pitching performance by A'lana Marinez kept the Bulldogs in check and after scoring 3 runs in the second Inning and one in the third Inning, the Cowboys had a 9-6 lead going into the bottom of the third. The bttom of the third Inning started with a base on balls and it seemed that A'lana was getting a bit tired as she would walk a couple more batters, the Bulldogs offense came alive helped by a costly error and some key hits in the Inning gave the Bulldogs a bit of life as they would go on and score 7 runs in this their last Inning and would go on to beat  the Cowboys 13-9 and advance to the semifinal game against the Plantation Stars next Saturday at Pembroke Shores Park.

Congratulations to the Cowboys on a Great Season !
