PEMBROKE PINES, FL. After a very long day on Saturday due to rain and lighting mother nature did not cooperate on Sunday Mother's Day to finish out the 2013 Spring Season. With the exception of the 12u Majors Division all other divisions that were scheduled to be completed were washed out. The 8u Kid Pitch, 10u AAA, 11u Majors, 13u AA and 14/15 Division were all called off.

The league will try to finish out those divisions sometime this week.

I'd like Congratulate all of our League Champions and those Coaches and Parents that endured a very long day on Saturday. A special Thanks to all of our Staff and West Pines Optimist, Mike White for his support. Also, Alex Morales with the South Florida Knights and the Driftwood Park staff, for their assistance in getting all of the games played on Saturday.
