It was a night much anticipated by those who follow High School Baseball, but in the end it was a game where the Stars on the mound dominated the Stars with the bats. Last year's 4A Class State Champion American Heritage faced 6A State Champion Archbishop Mc Carthy. Hard throwing right hander Shaun Anderson a UF commit was facing his Summer Ball Teammate Brian Gonzalez a UM Commit and the two pitchers did not disappoint anyone. Brian was not as sharp as he usually is, but did not allowed a base hit in his 3 Innings of work. A run was scored on an errant throw by him, that allowed the only run of the game. On the other hand Heritage's Shaun Anderson  was backed by phenomenal defense and exceptional relief help from CJ Chattan an FAU Commit. The game was won by American Heritage 1-0 in their season opener for both teams.

The two schools combine have 8 Players committed to Division I Schools and what's really Impressive is that all of those kids played in the FPBL and played one the same summer team last year.
