The Weston Rattlers Black defeated a very talented Weston Rattlers Elite team 5-0 to improve their record to 6-0. 

The two teams battled their way to a 0-0 tie with great pitching and great defense during regulation before going into the seventh inning and the New FPBL Tie Breaker Rule. 

In the top of the seventh, Chris Ferara singled to right field to make it 1-0.  The next batter, Cooper Saunders, tripled to right center and the Weston Rattlers Black never looked back.  

The Weston Rattlers Black had outstanding pitching with Grant Barron going 5 2/3 innings and Matt Whitney closing it out!

The Rattlers Black pride themselves in playing great team defense, as this was their 4th consecutive shutout.  The other players who contributed to a great game and compliment each other in comprising a solid baseball team are: Seth Brizel, Jalen Camacho, Anthony Fazzio, Blake Holowicki, Jesse Lohmeyer, Tyler Mastrogianni, Alex Romance and Nate Thomas.
