11u PLO Wildcats Fall to the Angerls 10-5 on Opening Day


The Hialeah Angels, scored three runs on a fielder's choice and two singles, in the first Inning to give them an early 3-0 lead. The Angels added three more runs in the top of the second. Becerra's single got things going, scoring Moreno and Monduy.

The PLO Wildcats fought back scoring two runs in the bottom of the second to close their deficit to 6-2. A groundout by Leary and a walk by Mike sparked the PLO Wildcats' rally, but Angles Pitcher Rodriguez got Cilli to strike out to end the inning.

Three runs in the bottom of the third helped the PLO Wildcats close their deficit to 6-5. A passed ball and a groundout by Andy fueled the PLO Wildcats' comeback. Lopez ended the inning by getting Stephen to strike out.

The Hialeah Angels piled on four more runs in the top of the fourth. A ground out scored Febles to start the scoring in the inning. The Hialeah Angles went on to hold off the Wildcats in a 10-5 win on Opening Day in the FPBL.
