The Miami Outlaws 9u proved how good they are this weekend when they made it all the way to the Championship playing up an age division. The Outlaws had the toughest road to the ship as they faced a very tough MFS Legends 9u team. They defeated the Legends 9-3 to advance to the semi finals. Anthony Ruiz pitched an amazing five innings to take control of the game. In the semis they faced the Hialeah Giants 10u, a majors team. Nick Fraginals also dominated the mound as the Outlaws defeated the Giants 9-4. The Outlaws played their third game of the day at 7:00pm vs the Venom. The Outlaws were one hit away with bases loaded and two outs in the top of the sixth inning. The Outlaws fought very hard to the end but fell short 4-6 to the Venom. The Outlaws are red hot right now and ready for the Fall Nationals!
