The Inaugural Bucky Dent Baseball School Kick Off Classic Baseball Tournament was a huge success with the participation of teams in the 9U, 10U, 12U and 14U divisions.  With great weather and a first class facility the tournament began Friday the 17th of February with play in all of our divisions.  The tournament ended with great championship games matching Team Reebok against Team Renegade in our 14U Division; the Pembroke Lakes Wildcats against the Pasadena Panthers in the 12U Division, Team Panama against Palm Beach Gardens Thunder Red Team in our 10U Division and the Parkland Pokers taking on the Florida Pokers in the 9U Division. 

 

In the 9U Division the Florida Pokers got ahead early and never let go of the lead to win their third straight championship.  The 10U Division found a great battle until Team Panama broke it open in the third inning taking the championship for that division.  In the 12U Division the Pembroke Lakes Wildcats jumped to a large lead that did not stop the Panthers from making a late charge that was stopped short by the Wildcats earning them a championship.  The 14U Championship game was a offensive battle from start to end with the Team Renegade taking it in extra innings 11 to 10.
