FPBL Teams in Final Four in USSSA Elite 32 World Series


Two teams from the FPBL have reached the Final Four of the prestigious USSSA Elite 32 World Series. The 11u South Florida Extreme lost their first game of Bracket Play against the Oklahoma Elite, but would find themselves 6 wins later having to beat the Oklahoma Elite twice to get the Final Four and that they did in Impressive fashion by an 9-0 and 9-2 score, the Extreme will now take on Bandito Black this morning to go the Finals.

The 13under has powerhouse Leon Medical Center  LMC has gone undefeated in bracket play and will take on the East Cobb Astros this morning for a shot at the Championship.

In the 11u Division we had four of the FPBL teams compete and they all did a phenomenal job......Congratulations to the Florida Pokers, Piranaz and the Sugar Canes on their efforts to bring back the title.

The 13u had three FPBL Teams along with LMC was the West Boca Panthers and Team Reebok. Team Reebok was the first team to exit with two consecutive loses in bracket play, while the West Boca Panthers were one game away from the Final Four as they ran out of gas against the East Cobb Astros.

In the 9u Division only the Coral Springs Sandlot represented the FPBL and did an admirable in their first quest for the crown, two other teams from South Florida did a very good job as well, the Miami Bulldogs and Team MVP. Team MVP was one game away from reaching the Final Four but could not overcome a 4-3 loss to the S. Texas Longhorns.
