Predators Prevail

The WPPO 8U-A All Stars, headed by coach Robert Pineyro, won the Hollywood Rotary Tournament last weekend by defeating Cooper City 7-5. “Our kids played a great tournament and showed a lot of courage over the weekend,” said coach Pineyro. The WPPO Predators had to beat Miramar (final score 14-7) and Miami Lakes (final score 6-5) to get to the finals.  Coach Pineyro also mentioned "This was a complete team victory, from the coaching staff to our great parents cheering on the kids.  This couldn’t have been done without them all." This is the first tournament won by the Predators this summer.
