An overwhelming crow of Managers and Coaches attended the FPBL's 15th Manager's Meeting. Estimated to be well over 400 coaches in attendance were on hand to listen to FPBL President Gaspar Palmer talk about the league's past and future.

The league president acknowledge the hard work of many Individuals that have had a lot to do with the growth of the league. Acknowledged people were Tom Clemshaw,  Miramar Optimist President, Nathan Wannamaker, Baseball Commissioner, David Dominguez Baseball Commissioner & USSSA SFBA Board Director, WPPO's Mike White, Lisa Hernandez & David Flores, JTTA Paul Costa, Treasure Coast League Director, Jeff Montpetit and Coaches, that were all there at the beginning when the league was formed and are still Involved today, Alex Fernandez, Steve DeMatties and Rick Oren. Also the many coaches that have been in this league since their kids were 8 years old, to these guys we owe a lot, they make the FPBL Go!!

The league also recognized players that played in the league's  first season back in 03 and just this past year graduated from High School and are moving to college and in some cases to professional baseball. Mentioned was the # 3 pick overall in this year's draft Manny Machado and # 50 Nick Castellanos these are just two of 8 known players drafted that  played in the FPBL.

Managers were on hand to schedule games and that was all accomplish today.........again Thank you, for playing in the FPBL and Good Luck to all this season and.............................Let's Play Ball !!
