The PPO Bengals team finished their 9 under season on FIRE.  This team has won 3 consecutive summer tournaments.  They have also won 19 straight
tournament games.  For any travel team, in any division, that is a huge
accomplishment.

Most recently, this team won the Cal Ripken Experience, 9 under Sunset
Classic Tournament, in Myrtle Beach, SC.  They finished the event 7 wins and
0 loses.  The championship game was a very strong matchup Vs the # 1 seed, Sarasota Salty Dogs.  The final score was 7 to 5.  The Salty Dogs had
outscored their 78 to 15, in 6 games, averaging 13 runs per game.  But, not
against the Bengals.  The pitching was fantastic and the defense was very
supportive.
