USSSA Wood Bat World Series moves to elimination games.............

After the rains on Friday night, today the weather was terrific and the baseball was even better. The morning games had Super NIT Champion Devcon Baseball defeat the Canes and the Miami Curve to go 2-0 in pool play,in the 14u division,  while the 8u RPB Hammerheads continue to dominate going 2-0 as well. Former FPBL original member Steve Dematties returned with the new 12u Huskies, they went 1-1 with a win over Reteria in the last game of the 12u division. The Spartans go 2-0 and are the # 1 seed.

The 11uWeston Hawks-Black and Phipps Barracudas finished 2-0, but the Barracudas would edge out the Hawks in the tie-breaker to earn the # 1 seed. While the 10u had 3 teams go 2-0, but the PPO Bengals would earn the # 1 seeding, followed by the Brawlers and Renteria...............so at stake tomorrow, there are some good match-ups to start the morning, but the finals will be a lot better.
