Hawks USSSA NIT Concludes in dramatic fashion........FPBL Teams dominate
11u SF Sandlot- Champions !
Many of the games throughout the tournament came down to the wire and our championship games were no less thrilling. In fact, 4 of our 7 championship games were determined in the last inning, including 3 in which the home team came back from behind to win in the bottom half of the last inning.
11u SF Sandlot makes it two in a row. The SF Sandlot continued their 2010 season in dramatic fashion as they won for their second consecutive USSSA Tournament and did it against the same team the PL Bulldogs. Other winners were the 10u Florida Pokers coming back after a year off and doing it in dramatic fashion as they defeated the Hot West Pines Cobras. The Cobras coming off two great tournament wins. The 9u Florida Pokers made an Impressive debut as they also took the 9u Championship from the PL Bulldogs.
In every division the an FPBL team either won it or was runner-up. Winning teams will receive 150 USSSA Points. See other Champions below.
