The game between Team Renetria and the Miramar Canes went down to the wire as they say. Renteria the division leader and one of the teams already with a playoff spot came out swinging  and quickly got four runs in the first inning, but the Canes fought back and took a 7-5 lead going into the last Inning, the lead was not big enough as two walks a base hit and throwing error from the first baseman to the catcher got away that allowed Renteria to score 3 runs and take the game away from the Canes in a thriller at Miramar Regional. The Canes have three games remaining and must win at least one of the three to assure themselves of  making the playoffs.

Last season's Champion Dynasty Elite finds themselves in a MUST win situation, Dynasty plays in the 13u American Division and with a 3-3-1 record cannot afford to lose another game, Dynasty will face the PL Bulldogs tonight who is also in the hunt for the last spot in the division, although a loss tonight would not eliminate them, but it would take a miracle for them to make it. The last game these two teams played PL Bulldogs took a 6-5 win. Dynasty has yet to play Boca Thunder Baseball who stands at 9-2 just 5 points behind the division leader Panthers Baseball.
