The WPPO club won its second consecutive USSSA Drafted League FPS Cup Series Championship after edging out the Cooper City Optimist Club in the final day of the event.

Going into the final tournament held at Pembroke Lakes Optimist, Cooper City was ahead on points with a 20 point lead and not far back was Miami Lakes Optimist. A late come from behind in the 10u division where WPPO defeated Cooper City in extra Innings pretty much cliched the FPS Cup for WPPO. The FPS Cup is awarded to the Club with most the points in the FPS  Cup Series which is four events held for All-stars in for different parks.

So, we tip our hat to this year's FPS Cup Champion in WPPO and all of the South Florida Baseball Alliance Members for another outstanding season in our USSSA Drafted League All-stars program.
