Managers Meeting.....Full House !
Coaches,
Thank you all, for taking time to come out to the Meeting to schedule your league games. Please, read this email through, so that you understand what the next stage is, to get you started for the Fall Season.
In the next few days we will be making some calls to those few teams that were not present at the meeting and to your credit and the hard work of our Directors less than a handful of teams did not attend the meeting, so that's a good thing.
Step two: Teams, that chose to play Inter league games, whether is a full schedule or partial schedule, Please contact your League Director by email and let them know, so we can guide you to next step.
Step three: Will be allocating all of the teams in the league to their proper Conference/Pool as it was finalized yesterday, this takes a lot of time and it must be done Internally before any games can be post it on the the schedule.
Step four: We will be activating username and passwords.........this will take place for all of the teams that have paid their league fees. Once you have this Information...........using FIREFOX AS YOUR BROWSER WILL BE A LOT BETTER WITH THIS SITE..........IT DOES NOT LOOP YOU AROUND, IF YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS LOG IN IN.
This last step will take place on Thursday morning, if we can do this earlier we will, but Please understand the process of all of this. Teams Contact and Coaches phone numbers are all on the site, so If a coach left early and you did not get his number, Please avoid calling to get that Information..........you will have 30 days to schedule that game. We will be working on trying to get you started........in the meantime, take those players Pic and you will be ready to go when activated.
One more thing, teams playing in the TC Preseason Tournament your schedule will be out Tuesday evening.
Once again, Thank you all for playing in the Florida Premier Baseball League. Special Thanks, to our USSSA State Director George Gonzalez and Jeff Montpetit, John Valeo, Dick Rushin, David Dominguez.
We appreciate your loyalty and support.
