How to schedule Games for the Upcoming 2007 SpringSeason
In order to be able to schedule your games the following must take place first.
1) You must able to use your USSSA Log in ID# & Password, if you cannot log in, then email us your USSSA log info and we will correct it. Teams using a generic Log info will NOT be able to log in into their site after Monday Feb 5th, 2007.
2) Once logged in, you will be in your team Manager's Home Page, here is where you will schedule games, load up your roster and post game scores.
Below you will see the scheduling form that you will use to schedule your gaes.
1) You may add any Information you'd like under Game Details, this can be sue to remind your team or yourself of any Information you would like. This will show up in the home page under schedules.
2) Game Schedule: Under Tournament (End Date) you MUST choose 2007 Spring Season.
Team Match Up:
1) Choose your division, team and your opponent.
Date/ Time Options:
1) When choosing a morning game you must use, for example a 9:00 AM game has to be input as a 0900 game time, as for a game scheduled after 12:00PM you will input a 4:00PM as a 16:00 hr game. If a mistake is made then you can always go back and edit.
Game Location:
1) If your playing facility is not listed, then click on add NEW location and input ALL infomation, address is very Important so, that it can be mapped using Google or Yahoo maps.
Game Display Option: Leave this alone.
Last, nothing is done unless you hit the Submit link. If for some rason you discovered a mistake, after submittin the information don't worry you can go back and edit.
If all fails, then call the office and we will assist you.
