Perfection is almost impossible to achieve, but Sam Marx accomplished it in Plantation Stars 12u's 8-0 victory over Florida Revenge on Sunday.

Sam pitched a perfect game, sitting down 15 batters down in order. He punched out three batters while tallying his tremendous feat.

Five runs in the first three innings helped put the Plantation Stars on top.  It was total team effort. Key hits by TJ Butler, Hunter D’Amato, Wes White, Austin Koehler, Christian Chase and David Gahagan.

The Stars defense led by Christian Chase, Kyle Spohn, Jake Pope and Jordan Shulman was strong with 9 ground outs and 3 fly outs.
