Third-inning rally sparks win for Boca Raton Knights 12U, 8-0

A five-run explosion in the third inning lifted Boca Raton Knights 12U to an 8-0 win in five innings over the Pompano Panthers on Sunday.

Boca Raton Knights 12U scored in the third on an RBI triple by Sebastian Palacios, a groundout by Ian Bello, an RBI triple by Brady Walton, and a two-run single by Lucas Santiago.

Boca Raton Knights 12U's Brady was perfect at the dish, going 3-3.

The Pompano Panthers couldn't get anything going so long as Nelson Corbera was on the hill. The Pompano Panthers managed just one hit off of C, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out 10 during his five innings of work.
