Weston Hawks Black 14U defeat Hollywood Heat to win the 14U Division. After the championship game was suspended due to rain, the game resumed 2 weeks later on November 30, 2015 with the Hollywood Heat winning 2 to zero in the 2nd inning and up to bat with 1 out and runners on 2nd and 3rd with a full count on the batter. A first pitch strike which was hit to the shortstop and then a throw to the plate to get the runner kept the game close. The next batter lined out to 2nd and the Hawks were back in the game only down 2. The Hawks then threw 5 innings of shutout baseball and with some timely hits defeated the Hollywood Heat 4 to 2 to win the Florida Premier Baseball League Championship. This is the 2nd tournament win in a row for the Hawks as they won the USSSA Bulldog Brawl earlier in the month.
