We've done it ............Together!!

This season I've consulted with my freind EDDY to help me with the predictions and him and I went through the league's stats as well as those in the media, the writters, crtitics and a few politicians and all together we came up with these teams, that we feel are ahead of the class, so If you think we're so wrong, then prove it to us and then tell us at the end of the season and we will reward you. If you feel that this needs to be discussed you can always call me or my friend EDDY.


We will begin with the "New Kids" on the block the 8U Division. Our biggest surprise this season, with the amount of teams that are playing in the league. After being around some of these teams in the fall and seeing them play, the best team by far has to be the Hialeah Crush, but they've moved up and are playing up in the 9U..................so this division is up for grabs.

Here are the top 5 in the league.

8Under Division

1. West Pines Cobras...........Will have a tough time against Miramar, but should win it all.
2. Miramar Optimist........Coach by the League's President, that's right, I'm back in the saddle. But the team won't be ready for the Cobras this season.
3. Wellington Warriors.........Very strong.........they always have good teams.
4. Pro Ball Dodgers........Have Major League blood in the squad.
5. Palm Beach Thunder......Don't know much about them.

9U Division

This is by far one of most talented groups in te league and it will be very tough to pick the Champion, but I must pick one.

1. West Pines Cobras........Runner-up last season, but a few players added to this roster will make a big difference.
2. Miami Brawlers........New to the league. Lots of good ball players, won the CS Turkey Shoot-out
   
3. Pembroke Lakes Bulldogs.....last season Champion, In need of a few arms, but plenty of CAP room If you know what I mean.
4. Dade Eagles...........Early exit last season, but is a legitimate contender
5. CS Sandlot...........Added a couple of players, but is in a tough division.

Look-out teams: Florida Pokers, Miramar Canes, WB Panthers ,Wellington

10U Division Majors

Here history repeats Its self, the best 10U team  possibly the State of Florida. With three consecutive FPBL titles could break the league's record of five consecutive titles.

1. "Nike Cobras".............Need to say NOTHING !
2. Wellington Warriors..........Runner-up last season, the road to the title goes through West Pines.
3. South Florida Bombers.........Lost to the Cobras last season in the playoffs, but a very close game..........the Darkhorse in the group.
4. Parkalnd Pokers...........Won the Thanksgiving Turkey-Shoot out, but a lot tougher teams in this group.
5. Team Seminoles.........Moved up to the big leagues this season, after going undefeated last season, will make some noise in this league.

Look out teams: Dania Thunder, Boca Lightning, Broward Knights

10U Division AAA

A few of these these teams could compete in the Mjors Division and would make some noise.

1. Pembroke Lakes Bulldogs..........Will take on a new challenge by playing in the league for the first time. Now, is the team to beat. A sound team with lots of talent.
2. Tamarac Titans............Had a solid season last season and could surprise some teams.
3. Weston Hawks...........Much Improved, will make a run for the title this season.
4. Plantation Stars........... Did not play in the league last season, but has  a decent squad.
5. South Florida Predators........Made some Improvements, but still not there yet.

Look out teams: PPO Bengals, WB Panthers


11U Division Majors

Lots of talented teams in this group and with the addition of a few of the Teams that played in the AAU League last season, this division will be tough to pick.

1. Dynasty Elite............When you win it all and you're constantly there at the end, its hard to pick against them. Last Season Champion, will be tough to repeat, but I think they can.
2. West Boyton Tornados......Eveyone talks about how good they are........and i'm riding along. They won the USSSA Preseason tournament in Stuart, but this is going to be tough down here.
3. Panthers Baseball.......Every season they get close.....real close, and this teams fights & scratches to the end, would not be surprised to see them win it all.
4. West Pines Cobras...... Last season Runner-up and is trying to do 11U & 12U this season, this will be too much to handle, they will fall from the elite this season, but would benefit next season from this experience.
5. West Boca Panthers.......They too are back in the league this season and will make some noise, I don't know that it will be loud enough to wake up any of the Giants ahead of them.
   

Look out teams: Hammertime Bullz, Margate Titans.

11U Division AAA

With so many new teams in this division it's s bit tough NOT knowing who they are until you see them play, so I will go with a proven winner.

1. Broward Blaze........Last season 11U AAA Champion lost a few key players, but should repeat in this group.
2. CS Bombers.......Played very well last seaon and was close to the Blaze all season long. Not sure if they Improoved or if they added  players.
3. Loxahatchee Rattlers......How can you NOT pick this team with a name like that..............don't know much about the squad, time will tell.
4. PSN Mudcats.....This team is coming along nicely, has played well in other leagues & tournaments and its Improoving day by day.
5. Panther-Orange........Again, another new team.
