12U Cowboys win third In a row....... Dogs take a bite from each other. Hawks roll, Improve to 9-1

The 12U Cooper City Cowboys who's record
last season was not to good (0-17) has found a way to play better baseball. The
Cowboys stunned the division leader Pasadena Panthers on Saturday night with an
8-2 win and defeated the South Florida Falcons 10-2 today for their third win in
a row. The Cowboys ( 8- 10) with 8 more wins then they had all of last season will go against the West Pines Cobras this coming Wednesday,
the Cobras beat the Cowboys in their first meeting 6-5.
The much
anticipated match between the Broward Reddogs and the Devcon Security Diamond
Dawgs took place today with the Diamond Dawgs winning the first game and the
Reddogs taking the second game. In another big game today, the South Florida
Stealth defeated the South Florida Bombers 13 -3 the two teams were playing for
the second seed position in the 10U National Majors Division. Also the Boca Blue
Lighting tied the Dania Thunder at 3-3 in an out of division contest.
The
14U Weston Hawks moved to a tie for first place with a doubleheader win over the
Raze 11-4 and 11-1. The Hawks are tie with West Boyton Mustang with 28 points
each. Hawks record is now 9-1 for the season.
