The Summer Ball League regular season is coming to and end this Sunday with playoffs commencing as early as Tuesday and yet many of the Divisions are yet to be settled. The format for this season was simple, play everyone in your conference two games and the top two teams in each conference would make the playoffs. Well, it seems simple, but with the exception of two divisions for the most part is going down to the wire. This season the Summer Ball League has been  very competitive and very enjoyable as Coaches pulled together and played ball !! the way they wanted it, we batted all players, we played extra Innings despite being 10-run  in some cases and we allowed it. Also, in some cases, kids to played on two teams in the same division and yet NO Issues !! As one Coach put it It's been a very enjoyable and stress free Summer Ball season!.

The league will have it's Fall Ball for High Schools again starting sometime in the fall. We will email coaches after the season is over to advise of the Manager's Meeting. Already, many of the local schools have Inquired about Fall Ball '08
