Tonight the Broward Blaze 12u won their 3rd  straight road game to open the season 3-0. Tonights game against the always challenging Sunrise Allstars began as a pitchers duel between the Blaze's Alexander Berry and Sunrise's William Veras. Veras controlled early and led 2-0 thru 3 innings. In the 4th inning the Blaze opened up with 8 runs to take a commanding lead. Kyle Kerr came into throw 3 scoreless/hitless innings to close the door on the Allstars as the blaze won 12-2. Also, notable in the game were Harry Carlton who went 4 for 4 and Gabriel Valladares who went 3 for 3 with a walk.
