The Tournament got underway without any problems and in the 14U division the Plam Beach Rockets took down the Jupiter Hammerheads 4-2 while the Palm Beach Breakers defeated the South Florida Braves 6-3. Today, FPBL teams square it off. The FPBL Elite Squad was supposed to play in the USSSA Fall State Wood Bat Championship Series, but due to problems with fields the tournament was canceled, fortunately for the Elite Squad a spot was open and we're able to play this weekend. Thanks to Tournament Director Greg Khachadourian for allowing us to get in at the last minute. The Squad plays the Broward Scorpion in the first pool game and the Palm Beach Rockets in the second game, one of the top teams in the TC Division.

This tournament will be a good experience for the kids and it should give us an idea where we stand with this team.
