Mo Steel remains unbeaten after defeating the defending FPBL champion Weston Hawks in the 9U division by the score of 10-5. Mo Steel was lead by Yordani Cardona who pitched 4 innings allowing 3 hits, 4 runs, while striking out 6. At the plate Edgar Quintana and Yordani Cardona each went 2 for 3. Yordani had a bases clearing double and a two run single with 5 runs batted in. Overall I would have to say this was one of his best overall games. With the score 6-4 in the 4th inning, Mo Steel was able to pull away by scoring 4 runs on a couple of miscues by the Hawks defense and some timely hitting.
