West Pines Cobras 13U (FPBL team) win 2nd annual Cobras Heartbreak Tournament. Teams feature some of the tops teams in South florida. The Cobras played their hearts out to defeat Dynasty Elite 9-5 in semifinals and then beat one of the top teams in Florida in the Weston Hawks Red 7-6 in the championship with a game ending hit by MVP Michael Escarra. Escarra received a Nike bat.
