In a close race the WPPO Optimist Club became the first South Florida Baseball Alliance League Champion. It came down to the last two division Championship games, where the 10u  PLO faced West Pines and 14u Miramar vs West Pines, In order for PLO to win the FPS Cup  they need it to win the 10u Championship and Miramar had to defeat West Pines and although the 10u PLO did their part by defeating West Pines-B 5-2 Miramar fell to West Pines 15-5 giving the WPPO Club the Cup Series Championship. In a stellar performance the 10u PLO team went 20-0 winning all four FPS Cup Series Events.......special Congratulations to them on a great job.

The Cup Series will return next spring, when WPPO will come back to defend it.
